We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entertainment Law Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of entertainment law, working alongside seasoned attorneys and legal professionals. You will assist with various tasks related to entertainment contracts, intellectual property, and media law.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts, including talent agreements, licensing deals, and distribution agreements.
  • Conduct legal research on entertainment law topics such as copyright, trademark, and contract law.
  • Prepare legal documents and summaries for review by attorneys.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategy sessions.
  • Assist with case management, including organizing case files and tracking deadlines.
  • Support attorneys with administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a law school program with a focus on entertainment law or a related field.
  • Strong interest in entertainment law and the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and legal research tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Ability to Commute: Atlanta, GA 30326 (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Atlanta, GA 30326: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30326
